Die WarnWetter App vom Deutschen Wetterdienst. Detaillierte Informationen zur aktuellen Warn- und Wetterlage. Fügen Sie Ihre Orte als Favorit direkt auf den Homescreen ein, um per Push-Nachricht vor Unwettern gewarnt zu werden und um über die aktuelle Wetterentwicklung informiert zu werden.

Folgende Funktionen bietet die App (entgeltfreie Version):

- Übersicht über die aktuelle Warnlage für Deutschland bis auf Gemeindeebene
- detaillierte Informationen zur Warnsituation für gewählte Orte durch amtliche Warnungen inklusive Warntrend
- konfigurierbare Warnelemente und Warnstufen
- konfigurierbare Alarmierungsfunktion (Push) zur Warnlage vor Ort
- zuschaltbare Vor-Ort-Warnungen vor Unwetterereignissen (Gewitter, Schnee, Glätte) bei Ortung über mobiles Gerät
- zuschaltbare Alarmierungsfunktion bei Änderung der Warnlage vor Ort
- Social-Media-Sharing zum Teilen von Informationen aus der WarnWetter-App, z.B. via Facebook, Twitter oder E-Mail
- Warnungen vor Naturgefahren (Hochwasser, Sturmflut und Lawinen)
- Videoinformationen bei besonderen Unwetterlagen
- zusätzliche Features wie Widget, Auswahl von Tönen etc.


Kostenpflichtig kann die App mit folgende Funktionen (ab Version 1.8) zur Vollversion erweitert werden:

- DWD-Niederschlagsradar sowie Blitzdaten
- aktuelle Satellitenbilder
- Informationen zum thermischen Empfinden und erhöhter UV-Intensität
- prognostizierte Zugbahnen von Gewitterzellen (Warnmonitor)
- Ortsbezogene Prognosen und aktuelle Messwerte
- Modellvorhersagen für warnrelevante Ereignisse wie Sturm, Dauer- oder Starkniederschläge

Die Erweiterung kann durch einen In-App-Kauf innerhalb der entgeltfeien Version (Version 1.8 nötig) freigeschaltet werden. Freischaltung gilt für alle mobilen Endgeräte bei gleichem google account. Registrierung des In-App-Kaufs in der Familienmediathek ist leider nicht möglich.

Die Berechtigung Fotos/Medien/Dateien wird in der WarnWetter App für GoogleMaps und beim Teilen für den Zugriff auf Fotos benötigt.

The warning Weather app from the German Weather Service. Detailed information about the current warning and weather conditions. Add your favorite places than directly on the home screen in order to be alerted via push message from the weather and to be informed about the current weather situation.

The following features, the app (charge-free version):

- Overview of the current severe situation in Germany down to the community level
- detailed information about the warning situation for elected places by official warnings, including warning Trend
- Configurable warning elements and warning levels
- configurable alarm function (push) to the warning situation on the ground
- switchable on-site warnings of severe weather events (storms, snow, smoothness) at location via mobile device
- selectable alarm function when changing the warning situation on the ground
- Social media sharing for sharing information from the warning weather app, for example, via Facebook, Twitter or email
- warnings of natural hazards (floods, storm surge and avalanches)
- Video information on special weather warnings
- additional features like widget, selection of tones etc.


Paying the app can be upgraded to the full version with the following functions (Version 1.8):

- DWD precipitation radar and lightning data
- date satellite images
- information on the thermal sensation and increased UV intensity
- predicted storm tracks of thunderstorm cells (Warning Monitor)
- Location-based forecasts and current measurements
 - model predictions for warning-related events such as storms, continuous or heavy precipitation
 
The extension can be unlocked through an in-app purchase from within the entgeltfeien version (version 1.8 required). Activation applies to all mobile devices with the same Google account. Registration of in-app purchase in the family library is not possible.
